Fries

Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Bake the Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat the fries evenly.

  2. 2

    Bake

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the diced onions, sliced mushrooms, and sweet peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

  2. 4

    Add Plant-Based Beef

Add the grilled plant-based beef to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.

  3. 5

    Melt the Cheese

Once the plant-based beef is heated, sprinkle the white American cheese over the mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Assemble the Impossible Fries

  1. 6

    Combine and Serve

Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven. Top the fries generously with the sautéed plant-based beef and vegetable mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!
