Our signature meatballs are simmered in a classic marinara sauce. Every meatball bar comes standard with sliced provolone, Romano cheese in a Capriotti’s shaker and baked rolls. We request 24 hours notice for all meatball bar orders. For large orders, please call the shop. Feeds 14-16 people.

Mix Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned on the outside.

Simmer Sauce
Stir in crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Add Meatballs
Gently add the baked meatballs into the simmering marinara sauce. Cover and let them simmer together for another 10 minutes.

Prepare for Serving
While the meatballs are simmering, prepare the serving ingredients. Slice the provolone cheese and set out the Romano cheese in a shaker.

Assemble Meatball Bar
Serve the meatballs in marinara sauce with baked rolls on the side. Allow guests to assemble their meatball sandwiches, topping with provolone and Romano cheese as desired.
