Preparation of Meats

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wagyu Beef

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Season the American Wagyu Prime Grade Beef with salt and pepper. Place it in a roasting pan and slow roast in the oven for approximately 2-3 hours, or until it reaches your desired doneness (medium-rare is recommended). Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory-smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Turkey

If using pre-cooked hand-pulled turkey, simply measure out 1 cup and set aside. If you need to prepare turkey, roast or boil turkey until fully cooked, then shred.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On one slice of club sandwich bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, sliced tomato, and thinly sliced onion. Add the hand-pulled turkey, followed by two slices of provolone cheese.

  2. 5

    Top with Wagyu and Bacon

Place a few slices of the slow-roasted Wagyu beef on top of the cheese, then add the crispy bacon slices. Spread another tablespoon of mayonnaise on another slice of bread and place it on top.

  3. 6

    Final Assembly

Finish the sandwich by adding the final slice of bread on top. Press down gently to compact the sandwich slightly. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
