Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Prepare Turkey
Rinse the wild turkey under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme to create a marinade.

Rub the marinade all over the turkey, including under the skin and inside the cavity. Allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the fridge.
Preparation of Stuffing

In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, chopped celery, chopped onion, and sage.

Gradually add the chicken broth to the bread mixture until it is moistened but not soggy.

Stuff the turkey cavity with the prepared stuffing mixture.
Cooking the Turkey
