Mixing the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, combine the Four Roses Bourbon, house bitters, and Amarena cherry syrup.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Using a strainer, pour the cocktail over a large ice rock in a chilled rocks glass.
