Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your serving glass. Fill it with ice and set aside while you prepare the cocktail.

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Stagg JR Bourbon, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and 1 tsp of Simple Syrup.

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to the top.

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
