Method

Rotisserie Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Clean the whole chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

Rub the chicken with olive oil, then sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.

  3. 3

    Slow Cook the Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until fully cooked and tender.

Whipped Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the Russet potatoes into quarters.

  2. 5

    Boil the Potatoes

Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  3. 6

    Whip the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash and whip until smooth and creamy.

Sensation Salad

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and carrot.

  2. 8

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 9

    Combine the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and drizzle with the dressing. Toss well to combine.

Corn Bread

  1. 10

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 11

    Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  3. 12

    Add Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, mix together milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  4. 13

    Bake the Corn Bread

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
