Method

Mixed Grill

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

Rub the marinade generously over the chicken breasts, beef steaks, and pork chops. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Grill the Meats

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, the beef for 4-5 minutes on each side, and the pork for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Basil-Garlic Jus

  1. 4

    Prepare the Jus

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  2. 5

    Add Broth and Basil

Pour in chicken broth and add fresh basil leaves. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  3. 6

    Finish the Jus

Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth if desired, then keep warm.

Whipped Potatoes

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 8

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and heavy cream. Mash until smooth.

  3. 9

    Season the Potatoes

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then keep warm.

House Vegetables

  1. 10

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 11

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
