Pineapple Vodka Infusion

Prepare the Pineapple
Cut the fresh pineapple into small chunks, discarding the core.

Let it Infuse
Store the jar in a cool, dark place for at least 3 days, shaking it gently once a day to mix the flavors.
Cosmosis Martini

Prepare the Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Mix the Ingredients
Add 60 ml of the infused pineapple vodka, 30 ml of triple sec, 30 ml of cranberry juice, and 15 ml of fresh lime juice into the shaker.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
On the Rocks

Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.

Pour the Vodka
Add 60 ml of the infused pineapple vodka over the ice.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and serve immediately.
