Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Muddle the Cucumber

In a cocktail shaker, place half of a fresh cucumber, cut into slices. Use a muddler to gently crush the cucumber to release its juices and aromas. Make sure not to over-muddle; you want to break it down, not puree it.

  2. 2

    Add Liquids

To the shaker with muddled cucumber, add 2 oz of cucumber vodka, 1 oz of Hendrick’s gin, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur.

  3. 3

    Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

  4. 4

    Strain and Serve

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass to remove cucumber pulp and ice.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Garnish your Cucumber Martini with a thin slice of cucumber placed on the rim of the glass.
