Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your whiskey glass by filling it with ice water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes while you prepare the drink.

Mix Flavor Enhancers
In a mixing glass, combine 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 2 tbs of honey, and 1 tsp of lemon zest. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add Auchentoshan
Pour 750 ml of Auchentoshan Single Malt Scotch Whisky into the mixing glass with the flavor enhancers. Add a cinnamon stick at this stage for extra flavor.

Remove the ice water from your chilled glass and fill it with fresh ice cubes (about 1 cup).
