Prepare the Custard
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Dip the Bread
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the custard mixture, ensuring both sides are fully coated.

Cook the French Toast
Place the coated bread slices in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add more butter to the skillet as needed for cooking.

Serve
Remove the French toast from the skillet and serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
