Preparation

Cooking the Pork Chops

1. Preheat Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season Pork Chops

Rub the pork chops with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary.

3. Grill Pork Chops

Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Making the Dark Cherry Demi Glace

4. Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine the dark cherries, red wine, shallots, and beef stock. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer until the sauce reduces by half. Stir in butter, salt, and pepper.
