Prepare the Steak
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Dip each cube steak into the milk mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, coating well.

Fry the Steak
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated cube steaks and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Gravy
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 1 cup of flour. Stir constantly for about 2 minutes until the flour is lightly browned. Gradually whisk in the beef broth, ensuring no lumps form. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
