Preparing the Pasta

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and prepare the broccoli florets.
Making the Sauce

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Vegetables
Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Add Broth and Season
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Combining Everything

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together to coat the pasta well.

Add Cheese and Basil
Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
