Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Home Fries

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2

Cook the Ribeye Steak

Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper. In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

3

Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the steak, crack the eggs and cook to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and pepper.

4

Make the Southern Biscuit

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Cut in 1 tablespoon of butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll out to about 1-inch thickness. Cut into rounds and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

5

Serve

On a plate, arrange the sliced ribeye steak, home fries, fried eggs, and a warm biscuit. Enjoy your steak and eggs breakfast!
