Sweet Potato Fries

    Prepare Sweet Potato Fries

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

French Fries

    Cut russet potatoes into fry shapes. Rinse in cold water, then dry with paper towels. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Pickle Fries

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with cornmeal mixed with salt. Dip each pickle in flour, then egg, and finally cornmeal. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Zucchini Fries
