Fish Tacos Ingredients

Method

Fish Tacos Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the fish fillets in the spice mixture. Grill, blacken, or fry the fish until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side depending on thickness.

  2. 2

    Make the Asian Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, and lime juice. Toss to combine and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Baja Sauce

In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Place a portion of the grilled fish on each tortilla, top with the Asian slaw, drizzle with Baja sauce, and add pickled onions.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the fish tacos with fries or tortilla chips on the side.
