Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

In a small bowl, mix ground coffee, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the Angus ribeye steaks.

  2. 2

    Sear the Steaks

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the ribeye steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Make the Balsamic Reduction Sauce

In a saucepan, combine red wine, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and thyme. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until the sauce thickens, about 15-20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once steaks are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes. Drizzle the balsamic reduction sauce over the steaks before serving. Choose two sides or substitute with soup or salad.
