Tandoori Wings Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori spice mix, minced garlic, minced ginger, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well. Add chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Wings for Baking

Remove the wings from the marinade and let the excess drip off. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Brush the wings lightly with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, turning halfway through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving. Enjoy your gluten-free tandoori wings!
