Vegetable Samosas

Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling
In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add mashed potatoes, peas, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool.

Shape the Samosas
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a circle, cut it in half, and form a cone. Fill with the potato mixture and seal the edges.

Fry the Samosas
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the samosas until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Chicken Pakoras

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Add water to make a thick batter.

Coat the Chicken
Add chicken pieces to the batter and coat them evenly.

Fry the Pakoras
Heat oil in a deep pan. Drop coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix gram flour, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt. Add water to make a thick batter.

Coat the Vegetables
Dip the mixed vegetables into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.

Fry the Pakoras
Heat oil in a deep pan. Drop the coated vegetables into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
