Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Paneer

Cut the paneer into cubes and lightly fry them in a pan with a little butter until golden brown. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Onions

In the same pan, add butter and sauté the chopped onions until they become translucent.

  3. 3

    Add Ginger-Garlic Paste

Add the ginger-garlic paste to the onions and cook for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

  4. 4

    Cook the Tomato Puree

Pour in the tomato puree and add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture (about 10 minutes).

  5. 5

    Add Cream and Spices

Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Add garam masala and mix well.

  6. 6

    Combine Paneer

Gently add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
