Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Paneer and Vegetables

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and bell peppers into similar-sized pieces. Add them to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or oven to a high temperature (about 200°C or 400°F).

  4. 4

    Skewer the Paneer and Vegetables

Thread the marinated paneer and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating between them.

  5. 5

    Grill the Skewers

Brush the skewers with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the grill and serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
