Directions
- 1
Prepare the Paneer
Cut the paneer into finger-sized strips and set aside.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.
- 4
Coat and Fry
Dip each paneer strip into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated. Carefully place the coated paneer fingers into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Once golden, remove the paneer fingers and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
