Kebab Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Kebab Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated beetroot, crumbled paneer, cumin powder, black pepper, garam masala, chickpea flour, and chopped coriander. Add salt to taste and mix well until all ingredients are combined evenly.
- 2
Shape the Kebabs
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into round or oval patties. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- 3
Fry the Kebabs
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the shaped kebabs in the oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 4
Drain and Serve
Remove the kebabs from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with boondi raita.
