Prepare Aloo Tikki

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Form Tikkis
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patty (tikki). Repeat until all the mixture is shaped into tikkis.

Fry Tikkis
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the tikkis and fry until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assemble Chaat

Layer Tikkis
Place 2-3 tikkis on a serving plate.

Drizzle the whisked yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney over the tikkis. Sprinkle with chopped onions, chaat masala, and sev.
