Marinating Shrimp
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.

Marinate Shrimp
Add the cleaned shrimp to the marinade and coat well. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking

Cook the Shrimp
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare Tempered Cabbage
In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Once hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle. Then add green chili, hing, and turmeric powder.

Add Cabbage
Add the shredded cabbage and salt. Stir well and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crunchy.
