Prepare the Glass
Choose a tall glass and place it on a stable surface.

Scoop 2 generous scoops of your favorite handmade ice cream into the glass.

Slowly pour 1 cup of your chosen local soda over the ice cream, allowing it to fizz and bubble.

Top with Whipped Cream
Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream on top of the soda float.

Finish with a cherry on top and sprinkle with sprinkles if desired.
