Prepare the Brisket
Trim excess fat from the brisket and pat it dry with paper towels.

Make the Rub
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Rub the Brisket
Generously rub the spice mixture all over the brisket, making sure to cover all sides.

Marinate
Place the brisket in a large resealable bag or a dish, pour in the apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Smoke the Brisket
Place the marinated brisket in the smoker and smoke for about 10-12 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C) for tender meat.

Rest the Brisket
Once done, remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
