Method

Wings Preparation

1

Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

3

Mix the Sauce

In a separate bowl, mix your chosen seasonings or sauces together. You can select any two sauces or seasonings of your choice.

4

Coat the Wings

Add the mixed sauces to the seasoned wings and toss until they are well coated.

5

Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

6

Prepare the Vegetables

While the wings are baking, cut the carrots and celery into sticks to serve on the side.

7

Serve

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and serve immediately with the carrot and celery sticks on the side.
