Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the London Broil
Season the London broil with salt and pepper. Grill or broil it to your desired doneness (about 5-7 minutes per side for medium rare). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- 2
Prepare the Aioli
In a small bowl, mix horseradish with mayonnaise to create the horseradish aioli. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Assemble the Sub
Slice the brioche sub rolls in half. Spread a generous amount of horseradish aioli on both sides of the rolls. Layer the sliced London broil, Swiss cheese, onion, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices in each roll.
- 4
Serve
Close the sandwich and serve immediately, optionally with a side of chips or pickles.
