Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion, garlic, and carrots. Dice the potatoes into cubes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Vegetables

Stir in the chopped onion, garlic, and carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

  4. 4

    Combine Remaining Ingredients

Add the diced potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

  5. 5

    Simmer

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

  6. 6

    Finish and Serve

Stir in chopped parsley before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
