Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- 2
Marinate the Ribs
Place the pork ribs in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 4
Bake the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- 5
Glaze the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C). Brush the reserved marinade over the ribs and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and slightly charred.
- 6
Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut into individual portions. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
