Traditional Buffalo Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt.

Place the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
