Method
Preparation of Wings
Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Make the Coating
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Coat Wings
Toss the wings in the flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
Cooking Wings

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper; stir to combine.
Set Sauce Aside
Remove from heat and set aside.
Preparing Vegetable Sticks
Cut Celery
Cut the celery sticks into 3-inch pieces.
Cut Carrots
Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.
Making Bleu Cheese Dressing
Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together bleu cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Chill Dressing
Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Final Assembly
Toss Wings in Sauce
Toss the fried wings in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Serve
Serve the wings hot with celery and carrot sticks on the side, along with the bleu cheese dressing.
