Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Beef Blend

In a mixing bowl, combine the short rib, brisket, and chuck beef. Use your hands to mix the meats together until well blended.

2

Season the Meat

Add the Signature spice blend to the meat mixture. Mix thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

3

Form Patties

Divide the seasoned meat mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1 inch thick.

4

Grill the Patties

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

5

Prepare the Toppings

While the patties are grilling, wash the arugula and slice the tomato. Set aside.

6

Assemble the Burger

Once the patties are cooked, place each patty on a pretzel bun. Top with a slice of aged white cheddar cheese, a slice of tomato, a handful of arugula, and a generous spoonful of bourbon bacon jam.

7

Serve with Fries

Fry the French fries according to the package instructions or your preferred method. Serve the Bacon Jam Burger with a side of fries.
