Preparation Instructions

1

Marinate the Steak Tips

In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak tips and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

2

Prepare the Toast Points

While the steak is marinating, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick toast points. Arrange them on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

3

Sear the Steak Tips

Heat a skillet over high heat until very hot. Remove the steak tips from the marinade and add them to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

4

Assemble the Dish

On each toast point, place a few slices of gherkin pickles and a portion of the seared steak tips. Drizzle with horseradish sauce for added flavor. Serve immediately.
