Steak and Truffle Butter

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Remove the Kansas City strip steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

2

Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat a grill or a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add olive oil to the skillet if using.

3

Cook the Steak

Place the steaks on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time as needed for your preferred doneness.

4

Make the Truffle Butter

While the steaks are cooking, in a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter with truffle oil and chopped parsley until well combined.

5

Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.

6

Serve

Top each steak with a generous dollop of truffle butter before serving.
