Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Crab Legs
Thaw the Alaskan King Crab legs in the refrigerator overnight or run them under cold water for about 30 minutes. Once thawed, rinse them under cold water to remove any debris.
Boil Water
Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring it to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning for extra flavor.
Cook the Crab Legs
Once the water is boiling, carefully add the crab legs. Allow them to cook for about 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
Prepare the Garlic Butter
While the crab legs are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Serve
Remove the crab legs from the pot, drain, and place them on a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over them and serve with the garlic butter for dipping. Season with additional salt and black pepper to taste.
