Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Add the Faroe Island salmon fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Grill or Oven

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill or on a baking sheet if using the oven. Grill or bake for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Sides (Optional)

While the salmon is cooking, toss asparagus and new potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill or roast alongside the salmon until tender.
