Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bourbon Citrus Glaze

In a saucepan, combine bourbon, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it reduce by half until thickened. Stir occasionally.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut Yukon Gold potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Grill salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.

  4. 4

    Cook the Asparagus

Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 3-4 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.

  5. 5

    Assembly

Serve the grilled salmon on a plate with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Drizzle the bourbon citrus glaze over the salmon and add a dollop of horseradish on the side.
