Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the jumbo wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 3
Toss in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in your choice of buffalo sauce, hot honey, BBQ sauce, or cajun seasoning, depending on your preference.
- 4
Prepare the Vegetables
While the wings are baking, cut the celery and carrots into sticks for serving.
- 5
Serve
Arrange the wings on a serving platter, alongside the celery and carrot sticks. Serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
