Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Squid
Clean the squid thoroughly. Remove the head, innards, and cartilage. Rinse under cold water and cut the body into rings.
- 2
Chop Garlic and Chilies
Finely chop the garlic cloves and slice the red chili peppers into thin rings. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds from the chilies.
- 3
Marinate Squid
In a bowl, combine the cleaned squid rings, soy sauce, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

- 6
Add Squid
Add the marinated squid to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the squid is opaque and cooked through. Do not overcook, as this will make the squid tough.
- 7
Finish and Serve
Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately, preferably with a side of rice or crusty bread.
