BBQ Ingredients

Method

BBQ Directions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Meats

In a bowl, combine beef short ribs, pork belly, and chicken thighs with Korean BBQ sauce, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

  3. 3

    Grill the Meats

Place marinated meats on the grill. Cook each side for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Hot Pot Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. Reduce to a simmer.

  2. 5

    Prepare Ingredients

Clean and slice mushrooms, bok choy, and any other hot pot ingredients you wish to use.

  3. 6

    Cook in Hot Pot

Add the prepared ingredients to the simmering broth. Allow to cook for 5-7 minutes. Add noodles and shrimp, cooking until noodles are tender and shrimp are opaque.

Sushi Directions

  1. 7

    Prepare Sushi Rice

Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions. Once cooked, let cool slightly.

  2. 8

    Prepare Fillings

Slice cucumber and avocado into thin strips. Set aside.

  3. 9

    Roll the Sushi

On a bamboo mat, place a nori sheet shiny side down. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border. Add cucumber, avocado, and crab meat in the center. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.

  4. 10

    Serve with Dipping Sauce

Serve the sushi rolls with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
