Cook the Lobster
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and claws, cooking for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Remove from water and let cool. Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Pasta
In another large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cavatappi pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of truffle oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In the skillet with the vegetables, add the cooked pasta, lobster meat, and brie cheese. Stir gently to combine, allowing the cheese to melt and coat the pasta evenly.

Drizzle in the remaining truffle oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the chopped parsley and mix well.
