Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Lobster

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and claws, cooking for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Remove from water and let cool. Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

In another large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cavatappi pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of truffle oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In the skillet with the vegetables, add the cooked pasta, lobster meat, and brie cheese. Stir gently to combine, allowing the cheese to melt and coat the pasta evenly.

  2. 5

    Season the Dish

Drizzle in the remaining truffle oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the chopped parsley and mix well.

  3. 6

    Serve

Transfer the Lobster Mac to serving bowls or plates. Garnish with additional parsley if desired and enjoy!
