Salad Preparation

1

Prepare the Bacon

Cook the smoked bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

2

Prepare the Lettuce

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

3

Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade) with minced garlic to taste.

4

Combine Ingredients

Add the croutons, chopped bacon, and shredded Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the romaine lettuce. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

5

Serve

Plate the salad and garnish with a lemon wedge for squeezing over the top. Serve immediately.
