Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Julienne the carrots and cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the avocado. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic until smooth. Stir in chopped cilantro and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sear the Tuna

Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Add a little oil to the skillet and sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Wontons

Fry or bake the sriracha potato wontons according to the package instructions until crispy.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, arrange the seared tuna, julienned vegetables, avocado slices, and crispy wontons. Drizzle with cilantro miso vinaigrette and garnish with kale chips.
