Flatbread Preparation

Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Combine Ingredients
Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Pork
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.

Fry the Pork
Add the seasoned pork belly pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Roll out the rested dough into flatbreads. Cook each flatbread in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
