1. Prepare the Petite Filet

Season the petite filet mignon with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. If using, sprinkle fresh thyme over the meat for added flavor.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the petite filet for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
