Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Flatbread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush both sides of the flatbreads with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove them from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Slice the Onion

Peel and slice the medium onion into thin rings or half-moons, depending on your preference.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Combine BBQ Pork and Sauce

In a bowl, mix the cooked pulled pork with the BBQ sauce until well coated.

  2. 5

    Layer the Ingredients

On each flatbread, first layer the BBQ pork mixture evenly. Then, sprinkle the sliced onions and crumbled bacon over the top.

  3. 6

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the assembled flatbreads.

Cooking

  1. 7

    Bake the Flatbreads

Place the assembled flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbreads are crispy.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve with Ranch

Remove the flatbreads from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Drizzle with ranch dressing before slicing into pieces and serving.
